岗位职责
● As a Corporate Strategy & Management Consulting Intern at Sparken, you will be immersed in high-level strategic planning and consulting tasks. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior management and consulting teams, providing insights that influence the direction of business strategies. You will engage in critical analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving activities that shape the organization's future.
● Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of business operations, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities and challenges.Consulting Projects: Collaborate on consulting projects, offering innovative solutions and strategic advice to internal and external stakeholders.
● Business Planning: Assist in developing and refining business plans and strategies,ensuring alignment with long-term goals and market demands.
岗位要求
● Bachelor or higher in Business Administration,Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
● Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and understand of business consulting concepts.
● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data sets and generate meaningful insights.

会计分析师实习生 Accounting Analyst intern
岗位职责
● As an Accounting Intern, you will work closely with senior team members and gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and accounting within a dynamic startup environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop robust analytical skills and contribute to high-impact projects that influence the company's financial strategies.
● Perform detailed financial analyses and create projections forecasting revenue,expenses,and cash flows.
● Support fundraising activities by conducting valuation analyses, building financial models (DCF, Multiples), and preparing Cap Table Valuation and investor pitch decks.
● Contribute to developing our equity pool and draft business plans to support fundraising initiatives.
岗位要求
● Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting. or a related technical field.
● Experience in or a strong willingness to learn industry-specific financial analysis.
● Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis with a keen eye for detail.
● Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information to diverse audiences.
