岗位职责
● Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
● Create engaging written and visual content, including blog posts, social media updates,email newsletters,and promotional materials.
● Support the management of social media channels by planning, scheduling, and posting content.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
● Collaborate with the design and communications teams to ensure content aligns with NewDill's brand guidelines.
● Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights on content effectiveness.
● Assist in organizing webinars, events, and digital marketing initiatives to expand NewDill's reach.
岗位要求
● Interest in marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
● Strong writing, editing,and communication skills.
● Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.
● Creativity and the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
● Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is a plus.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
