岗位职责
● Manage corporate risk, defend company against claims and protect innovation and intellectual property against theft and infringement.
● Perform support duties such as creating and editing drafts, researching and writing legal memoranda, maintaining checklists, performing basic due diligence and analyzing basic data.
● Work with vendors and negotiate contracts with customers.
● Produce quality work products expected from legal professionals.
