岗位职责
● Create and manage DCF / LBO / DDM models and data rooms.
● Analyze and evaluate client or market raw data and financial metrics, both qualitative and quantitative, for live and ongoing deals.
● Develop financial models and data analytics tools to help clients capture and understand business opportunities.
● Prepare financial/valuation reports and other presentation documents for pitches.
岗位要求
● Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers (Windows/Mac Excel, Word,PowerPoint).
● Good verbal and written communication skills.
● Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
