● Create financial modeling documents for past, current, and potential clients.
● Compile and analyze industry trends to report to supervisors/clients as necessary.
● Review and report on past, current and potential client financial position.
● Prepare presentation documents for internal and external use.
● Compile raw data and identify growth strategies for current clients.
● Perform in-depth financial valuations for current and future clients.
● Performing industry strategic research on market opportunities, competitive landscape, industry breakdown and fragmentation, etc.
● Being involved in the preparation of client marketing documents.
● Preparing company formal business proposals.
● Performing due diligence as necessary.
● Collaborate with other Mergers & Acquisitions teams for mutual deal opportunities.
● Participating in active business development and implementation.
● Create and identify business growth opportunities.
● Liaise with Industry Platforms for detailed information on specific industries.
● Review and report on current client financial and operational position (SWOT).
● Build rapport with Buy Side Firms,Family Offices,Private Equity, Venture Capital,and Hedge Funds.
