岗位职责

● Oversee Prospect Equities's overall social media strategy.

● Work with Marketing Specialist & Graphic Designer to create and publish social content.

● Monitor social media metrics to optimize future performance.

● Stay up-to-date with social media trends, technologies, laws, and best practices.

● Respond to and engage with user comments and messages.

● Attend daily meetings with the team to coordinate tasks, share progress, and strategies.

● Join weekly company-wide meetings to align with organizational goals and initiatives.

岗位要求

● Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.

● Experience in social media and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

● Excellent critical thinking,interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness.

● Excellent knowledge of platforms including Facebook,Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

● Understanding of social media KPls, web traffic metrics,and SEO.

● Experience doing buyer persona and audience research.

● Familiarity with publishing and web design.

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Pay & Benefits

● Lunch is provided at the office.

● Pay after 90 days, and we will review your progress and discuss the potential of a full-time, or part-time, salaried, or hourly,position with full benefits potential; depending on your job performance and work feasibility at that time.
